We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Red Dragons gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that personalized jerseys and hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include your completed returns form found inside your original delivery note.

  Ship to the Racecourse

  Affix the return shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier point. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the stadium shop, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
